Winter Sales Terms and Conditions
WINTER SALE — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all purchases made during any designated winter sale event conducted online.
1. General
• These terms and conditions govern all purchases made during Coolway South Africa's winter sale events, conducted online via the online store.
• By completing a purchase during a sale event, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
• Coolway South Africa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of purchase.
2. Sale Pricing and Discounts
• All sale prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
• Sale discounts apply only to items specifically marked as winter sale items. Full-price items are excluded unless explicitly stated.
• Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the advertised sale period. Coolway South Africa reserves the right to end or modify a sale at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional discount codes cannot be applied in conjunction with winter sale pricing unless explicitly permitted at checkout.
• Coolway South Africa reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be notified and offered the option to purchase at the corrected price or cancel their order.
3. Stock Availability
• All sale items are available while stocks last. Coolway South Africa does not guarantee the availability of any item until payment has been received and confirmed.
• In the event that an item is out of stock after an order has been placed, Coolway South Africa will notify the customer and issue a full refund for the unavailable item within 7 business days.
4. Exchanges and Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Winter sale items are sold on a final sale basis. No returns or refunds will be accepted except as expressly provided in these terms or as required by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA").
Size exchanges only. Notwithstanding the above, exchanges are permitted for a different size of the exact same style and colourway only. No exchanges for a different style, colourway, or product will be accepted under any circumstances.
• One free size exchange per order: Only one free size exchange per order is permitted. Please choose your new size carefully before submitting your request.
Condition for Exchange:
• Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• The shoebox must be undamaged.
• Exchanges without original packaging or with missing contents will be denied.
Unavailable size — online voucher. Where the requested size in the same style and colourway is no longer available, Coolway South Africa will issue the customer an online store voucher to the value of the original purchase price of the item. No cash refund will be offered in lieu of the voucher in this circumstance.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request. Coolway South Africa cannot guarantee that any specific size will be available.
• These exchange provisions apply in addition to, and do not limit, the customer's statutory rights under the CPA.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
Notwithstanding the final sale nature of winter sale items, customers retain all rights afforded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. If a product is defective, unsafe, or does not conform to its description:
• Proof of purchase must be presented with any return.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
6. Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Coolway South Africa does not offer lay-by on sale items.
• Accepted payment methods are as displayed at checkout.
• Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.
• In the event of a refund, Coolway South Africa will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to release the funds to your account.
7. Delivery
• Standard delivery fees apply unless otherwise stated at checkout. Free delivery thresholds, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Coolway South Africa is not liable for delays caused by courier or third-party logistics providers.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
