1. Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the order.

 

2. Can a store keep a product aside for me if it is sold out online?

We cannot hold products aside during the period of Black Friday (21 Nov-1 Dec 2025)

 

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 3 days for dispatching and between 2-5 days from the day the courier collects.

4. When an item is out of stock, will it be made available again?

Once an item is marked out of stock on the website, there will be no further releases on that item.

5. Can I reserve items in my cart?

No, placing an item in your cart does not reserve the stock. Items are only reserved (allocated) once the checkout is complete.

 

6. Can I use my gift card during Black Friday?

Yes, you are welcome to make a purchase online using your online gift voucher.

 

7. What will happen when I receive an email indicating Out of Stock?

Due to the high volumes of order and the quick moving of stock, there is a possibility that we will have a stock discrepancy. Once notified, the customer service team will action a refund to the value of the Out of Stock item.
